Good replacement part 29 August 2012
Part was easy to order and identify from the website search tool and pictures. Very easy to replace and fits perfectly. Only mark down on quality as replacement doesn't come with the same plastic flexible part that is supposed to hold bottles in place. Have never used ours anyway so no big loss. Marked down on value as does seem relatively expensive for a piece of plastic. Excellent overall experience though.

The quality of this item is far superior to the original shelf in the fridge. Espares customer service made sure I was ordering the correct item because my exact fridge number wasn't shown. Slightly expensive I thought but the overall package of service & quality compensated for that.

Great purchase, no hassle. Website easy to navigate, part arrived promptly and fitted like new. A little pricey but a little difficult to judge if it was good value or not although I didn't find a better price anywhere else. Overall I was delighted with my purchase.
