  This is the Samsung genuine filter. Disappointing to find rough edges on the connector which prevented entry into the housing. I was able to correct this with a small file. Anyone without any mechanical knowledge could break their filter housing by trying to force the filter into place. Expensive for what it is.

  Purchased this filter as necessary to replace on a regular basis. It is now cheaper than it was but still seems a very high price for what it does.

  Far too expensive!! 24 February 2012

  The price of this product is extortionate and should be a fraction of the cost! This situation is made far worse by the fact that it has to be replaced every 3-4 months thereby adding to my grievance. Otherwise your service was excellent and the product performs perfectly well.
