  Works a dream 18 November 2013

  We inherited the fridge/freezer and thought the filter was ok, until we checked the instruction manual to find that it needed replacing. We have now done this, and the water flowing out the dispenser is now a lot faster. I think that the price is a bit on the steep side seeing as the filter needs replacing every six months.

  I've just purchased new Samsung American Style Fridge Freezer so very new to this product. One small point your picture shows the product in a blue box and filter which came with the fridge was in a blue box also. Your product arrived in a GREEN box so I hope ok. I notice it has larger capacity, 500 gal against 300 gal in blue box. Is this the only difference?

  I WAS OVERDUE TO REPLACE FILTER WHEN A 10 POUND DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED THIS MADE THE FILTER A BIT OF A BARGAIN ITS GOOD TO SHOP AT E SPARES WITH SUCH OFFERS SO WILL LOOK OUT FOR THE NEXT OFFER GREAT DELIVERY SERVICE TO

  Far too expensive!! 24 February 2012

  The price of this product is extortionate and should be a fraction of the cost! This situation is made far worse by the fact that it has to be replaced every 3-4 months thereby adding to my grievance. Otherwise your service was excellent and the product performs perfectly well.
