Used webchat to help find the correct filter , this was very helpful as there are so many - this one is great genuine Samsung so quality, easy to fit and clear instructions on what to do after intial fitting etc. Will definitely buy this one again when it needs replacing.

Part was easy to find on site and was able to check it was the correct part using the fridge make and part number. The price was the same as 6 months ago. The fitting instructions are simple and it was very easy to exchange the old one for the new filter, all in all hassle free. The only discrepancy is the information pamphlet that comes with the replacement says run 3 gallon of water through after replacement, whereas the fridge manual says 3 litres. Also to reset the filter alarm light you need to press the ice off button for 3 seconds which is not mentioned in the pamphlet.

The filters arrived very quickly. They are easy to fit and the water tastes better than the one we bought with the fridge (which was not a genuine spare and made the water taste odd. It is no longer sold with the fridge)
