  Very disappointing 08 November 2011

  I was disappointed in the kit My laundry room windows and walls steam up even though I added cold water and an ice pack to the box I found the hose too short and had to buy extra to bring it out from behind the machine

  Not a satisfactory solution 16 August 2011

  Would have benifited from some instructions about how to install though these were to be found on website. Main problem was hose very difficult if not impossible to fit on condensor box. Some tips would have been welcome. Ended up discarding the box and just using the hose out of the window hence a waste of money because hose alone would have been cheaper.

  Not much point 19 May 2011

  I don't really get how this product is supposed to work. Steam/hot air can still escape so no different to having the dryer un-vented. Hose isn't really long enough either

  Worst purchase ever. 07 February 2011

  My dryer is in my conservatory when I fitted the venting kit the widow steamed up as if it wasn`t there. This device ia a waste of money.

  Dont Bother no Really dont Bother. It really is not substantial enough to condense any steam even if left floating in water. So really dont waist your money.

  This Tumber dryer venting kit really dosn't work. I used ice cubes and cold water. I left the room with my tumber dryer on and 10 min's later I went back and the whole room was filled up with steam!

  Just another piece of useless junk. 28 December 2010

  After recieving this item I couldn't wait to try it. Upon opening the package there were no instructions at all, not for putting the device together so much as what you did with the box once attached, if anything, to condense the moist air from the dryer unit. The plastic tie wrap was barely long enough to fix the pipe to the box and to top it off the pipes wire reinforcing was on a left handed spiral so it didn't screw into the back of my dryer anyway. Ok so after much swearing and bodging I fitted it to my dryer and was sure it would somehow redeem its self by working well....... Oh dear! After half an hours worth of drying my landing and upstairs was so humid from the 'uncondensed' warm air the walls were damp and pieces of fluff had blown out and were sticking to the damp walls. I also have experimented with water and ice in the base of the box but to be honest I think it is just a crap idea that can't handle the sheer volume of moist air that a dryer initially produces. Looking at the reviews for this product I think there must be a lot of these condenser boxes being thrown away, and anyone who claims that it works must be using a different product to what I recieved. In all though e-spares were easy to deal with ,kept me informed during the snowy period and did deliver. Pity condenser box was such utter rubbish. If you are thinking of purchasing this product do yourself a favour, stick your pipe out the window and save yourself best part of a tenner! You have been warned.

  Please read the reviews before purchasing my 4 year old daughter could have made somthing better than what we received from espares!waited a month for delivery cheap plastic rubbish dosent do what it says it will kitchen still fills up with moisture and the cable tie they supply to fix it to the box is too SMAll NO instructions.Not a big ticket item but hey if its not fit for purpose then its not fit for purpose.Do espares not check the stuff they sell on their website.?
