Had highhopes for this add-on as I do hate hanging thehose out the window, especially in winter. When I got it, tere where no instructions whatsoever and it is not clear what this product does, except route air from the cust through a simple plastic box that serves no purpose. Added water to see if that helped, and it does to a certain extent, but not significantly. Avoid this useless rip-off.

I was looking forward to using this product as I thought it would make my life easier and save having the window open in the middle of winter.....Not so, It doesnt work and I still have to open the window :(

Still steams up kitchen window and walls a little, but I have since filled the sink up with cold water when using the tumble dryer and it seems to help. Also put ice cubes in tray and not just plain old water.

The kit arrived very quickly, thanks for that, but it had no instructions with it. It was difficult to fit the hose on to too.

The venting device supplied for use with a tumble dryer seems to be quite satisfactory for my puposes but I think that I will still be fitting a more efficient vent to atmosphere as soon as possible.I do feel that a modest set of instructions should be supplied with the product. However I am still pleased to have the device.

Neat and Handy - Does the Trick. 18 June 2009
I wanted this venting kit to stop our utility room from filling with condensation on cold, damp days and am pleased to say it works a treat. I was surprised how small it is but it is easy to assemble and can be up and ready within 5 minutes. Great value for money and a very useful product!
