  Cheap replacement but Live Chat needs sorting 19 May 2020

  Oven element blew Sunday evening. Ordered replacement that evening & was delivered on the Tuesday (extra charge for express delivery). Fitted & up & running again. Its a compatible part so time will tell re durability. Very good experience apart from the Live Chat which lead me into virtually having an argument with the bot. Anyway, alls well that ends well. Would buy again.

  Super service 30 April 2020

  Oven failed Wednesday evening, part ordered, delivered Friday, ( in spite of warning of possible delay due to Covid 19 ), fitted in minutes, dinner cooked that evening. Brilliant service, reservations about quality as this is the second time it has been replaced!

  Easy to fit, longevity a bit suspect. 06 December 2019

  Fitted one of these to my Neff oven July 2016. It has just failed after three and a bit years, The original had lasted 8 yrs. However, as its quite a bit cheaper so I will order another one.

  Excellent Service and delivery. It did take 5 days to arrive, but as I am in the Channel Islands, that is to be expected. And certainly a lot faster than any of the local firms would have got the part for me, and cheaper. Fitting was a simple task, but if you are not sure epares have a very good video that explains how to do it. Thank you Espares

  Quick delivery. A little difficult to fit but the video was helpful. The element seemed to be the same as the OEM and hopefully it will last as long. Have used E Spares previously without any problem.

  Sunday roast saved. 12 January 2019

  Element failed at 6:30 pm. Friday. Espares web site stated order by 8:30 pm for next day delivery. Slightly more for Saturday delivery. Not unreasonable. On site video was excellent. Turned electricity off to avoid electrocution as suggested! All fixed within 20 hours from failure. Only concern is that last element from Espares only lasted 2 years. Hopefully they have improved. I would prefer to pay more for genuine part, but I don’t think Neff would have supplied in time to save Sunday roast.
