  Good while it lasted 08 December 2020

  Superb service from espares with next day delivery at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the element has only lasted 28 months and have had to order a replacement. Perhaps I should have bought the Neff original but we shall see how long the replacement lasts.

  Last one blew after two years 01 December 2018

  Difficult to fit 28 May 2018

  The 2 holes for the securing the element at the top back of the cooker are too close to the elements. The old screws from the broken oven element have "flanges" (like a permanent washer), that scrape against the element when tightening. It appears that the holes and elements need more space between them. Also the trick is to locate the single securing screw bracket behind the fan BEFORE positioning the 2 screw bracket with the elements attached. It was successfully used.

  Few problems 27 December 2017

  the original element connectors are at 90 degrees which made it tricky to remove. the replacement did not have earth tag, which was a problem, although your site suggested it was a direct replacement it was not. correct size and less fixings ok. Bad design by NEFF tricky to remove. No earth tag.

  Check the shape of your replacent element is the same as your old one. 21 December 2017

  I replicated the wiring settings on my existing Neff oven element - but there was a problem because I had not noticed the line the replacement element ran around was different to the existing one. It blew a fuse when I initially tried it on the existing wiring pattern and I had to change the sequencing of the connections before it worked.

  Doesn't last very long 10 September 2017

  Dead easy to replace in the oven, however, this model only seems to last a year and a half of normal domestic usage, the original lasted for close to 10 years. Going to try a different type as after ordering 3 of these over the last 5 years I'm getting bored of changing them.

  Third time this product has been replaced!! 19 January 2017

  Mediocre product as evidenced by the heading. This is the third time it has been replaced although securing a new one was simplicity itself through espares. Fitting too was fairly easy once you have plucked up enough courage to do it. Wouldn't recommend proceeding to replace unless you have basic knowledge of this type of manoeuvre.
