  Just bought a second one of these because the first, bought in Nov 2019 has already packed up after 16 months... it is easy to fit and a lot cheaper than a new oven or official Neff part bit disappointing to be back here again after such a short time.

  This element only lasted two years. Original 10 years. 08 October 2018

  This element only lasted two years. Original 10 years. I reviewed this item after my purchase in June 2016. At that time I was happy despite a slight problem with a hole for fixing screw slightly out of line. However just over 2 years later this element has blown again. The original oven element had lasted approximately 10 years. It seems the element is not up to the same build quality as the origanal. I have now purchased an original for not much more than the cost of this product in the hope I will not have the trouble of replacing it again in 2 years time.

  Easy to fit but lasted less than 18 months 13 August 2018

  extremely easy to fit following the eSpares video, quality was not as good as hoped as element failed after less than 18 months. Suggest paying a little more for a better quality part?

  Did the job with some manual intervention 24 November 2016

  I brought this as my Siemens Electric oven was circulating cold air and the element had blown. The product was well priced and arrived promptly and well packaged however when I unpacked the element the two connectors were bent so I had to straighten them out with a pair of pliers. I'm not sure how that happened as the product was well packaged but I needed a working oven so rather than call and ask for a replacement I just fixed that one. Hoping it was just a one off, I have used espares before and will do so again in the future.

  Part Not exact as original 21 July 2016

  The part was checked twice before buying, and correct on the website.The parts fitting ie the place for screws did not match up. Fitted but could of been easier as been a engineer for over 25 years. Price was good also shipping took 1 day longer for some reason.

  Received the product damaged 26 October 2015

  Received the product when they said it would be delivered. Packaging was good, however, on inspection the product was damaged (bent terminal) despite having polystyrene over the terminals to protect it from damage!!! Had no choice but to straighten it myself with pliers as I was desperate to get the oven working (it had been out of action for 1 week) Fortunately I was lucky as it worked once installed. Not sure how long it shall last though!!

  Not the best... 25 July 2015

  I've had to replace the element in my NEFF cooker a surprising number of times over the years. This appeared to be a cheap alternative to the genuine part, at less than a third of the price. My experience was this element lasted about a year and a month. I've just ordered the element that sits between this one and the genuine one in price. I'll see how that goes.

  To help prevent damage to a fan element turn the thermostat down to minimum for thirty seconds before switching off. Switching straight off stopping the circulation fan immediately when the element is heating can cause overheating and damage the element as the circulating air stops.

  Poor choice, look for a better quality option 11 March 2014

  After 11 years, the original element died and I went for one of these as a replacement. The oven doesn't get much use and this was a better value option than an original at £65 - or so I thought! The replacement lasted just 2 years, so yes it was cheap but I'm now having to replace the element again. This time I've looked elsewhere and purchased a better brand generic replacement.
