  What a Money Saver 22 February 2021

  Immediately ordered after viewing eSpares 'How to' video which had clear and concise instructions. Dismantled my cooker and took a picture of the fittings. Took off the old element and fitted the identical replacement and refitted the oven back panel. The whole job took 30 minutes. No callout fee, no overpriced replacement part and no labour charge. Great instructional videos, great parts and price, great service. Many thanks again eSpares. Jim

  Brilliant service, My Neff oven is 17 years old and the circotherm element had stopped working, just amazed that Espares still carry spares for the model we have. Excellent next day delivery service available, part arrived next day and works perfect, also impressed that espares even have a video for this part to explain how to change it and refit.   Blown fan element 29 December 2020

  The fan element in our oven blew on Christmas Eve. Made it through Christmas by using the bottom oven and ordered a new element for next day delivery on Monday 28 (Boxing Day Bank Holiday). To my surprise eSpares were working and dispatched my order that day. Delivered @ 8am the following day by DPD and fitted in just over an hour... Great service can’t ask for better !

  Best ever rescue 22 December 2020

  Three days to Christmas, 7pm, oven blows up. Ordered new element from e spares 7.30pm after identifying the part. New part arrives 9am next day. Cooker up and running an hour later. Brilliant service, brilliant site. Christmas rescued.

  Superb service from espares with next day delivery at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the element has only lasted 28 months and have had to order a replacement. Perhaps I should have bought the Neff original but we shall see how long the replacement lasts.
