  Neff oven bottom element 05 January 2017

  The element did not fit on 3 points. The hole fixing centres were different. Had to file out the oven holes to fit. The same holes in the new part were not suitable for the self tapping screw so changed to nut and screw. The third fixing was completely different and not used. But its in and working. The service given by e spares was very good.

  Hope it lasts longer than the previous one 27 September 2016

  Oven stopped working at 18:00 on Monday. It worked again by 14:00 on Tuesday! If the previous element, of the same type, had lasted more than 18 months then it would have got a much higher rating.

  Good product 07 July 2016

  Not quite as easy as the clip shows but we got there! Awkward fitting in situ but less hassle than removing from the casing. Slight glitch in that one of the screw slots didn't quite line up with the screw hole in the back plate. Had to bend it slightly to get it to line up. Once in all seems to be working well. Must point out that this is my second replacement element, the first lasting only 1 year.

  Not quite the same but fit with some mods 26 December 2015

  Not so easy to fit on my Neff, I needed to pull the double oven out and remove the back. Also the neff has a clip affair and the replacement had a drilled plate, to get around this I needed to bend the tab 180 degrees and drill the back plate and use a self tapper. The neff fitting was threaded and screwed in from the back. I needed to bolt mine right through. Hey but it works fine and was a quarter of the price. Not exactly a two min job though!

  False economy 12 October 2015

  I fitted this compatible element in January and it's just gone, so only 10 months use! The genuine Neff part I had previously lasted more than 4 years.

  replacement oven element 25 March 2015

  Good value replacement which works well but difficult to fit due to manufacturer's poor design in this respect and removing panel screws very hard due to old oven but cheaper than buying a new oven or getting it repaired professionally. Advice video could include screw head details so I could get the right tools (these could be offered on the site).

  Not quite right 15 December 2014

  Instead of being a straightforward replacement, I had to bend/manoeuvre the element to fit - this was because the fixing tab was catching on the fan.

  Replacement not simple 16 November 2014

  I ordered this product and e-spares delivered it very quickly. Thank you. On the face of it the element looked identical to the one it was replacing. After opening the package it became apparent that there was no earth connection on the new element. Fortunately we were able to fix a connector to the foot of the element to take the earth wire. This would be beyond the average diy installer. It is now installed with an earth connection and appears to work well.

  I have purchased this item before and it does the job. It is easy to fit and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it only lasted for about 20 months before needing replacement but was approx 1/4 price of genuine price, so worth the hassle of replacing again.
