  THIS PRODUCT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY HAD IT NOT PACKED UP ON ME TWICE COSTING ME NOW THE EQUIVALENT OF THE GENUIN PARTS WHICH I AM NOW ORDERING HAVING GIVEN UP ON THIS PRODUCT.

  Not the correct way round to fit to my oven 12 May 2009

  Although the product was of excellent quality and value the terminals were for fitting to connecting wires that are on the righthand side of the oven (as you look into the oven). My connecting wires are on the lefthand side of the oven (as you look into it)which made the fitting turn the wrong way around. I have therefore returned it to you. Perhaps it might be a good idea to stipulate which side the terminals will connect to in your product information. Anyway thanks for your help.
