Not the correct way round to fit to my oven 12 May 2009
Although the product was of excellent quality and value the terminals were for fitting to connecting wires that are on the righthand side of the oven (as you look into the oven). My connecting wires are on the lefthand side of the oven (as you look into it)which made the fitting turn the wrong way around. I have therefore returned it to you. Perhaps it might be a good idea to stipulate which side the terminals will connect to in your product information. Anyway thanks for your help.

Universal oven element replacement 30 April 2009
Relatively easy to adapt to fit, but the fact that it had only two terminal tags was a slight problem as to connecting the earth wire. This I overcame by relugging the earth cable with a heat proof lug, and terminating under one of the element fixing screws.

Never fitted anything into an oven before, but had the failed element replaced and the oven working after a few minutes work. Wouldn't hesitate to do it again in the future!

Fixed our Neff Oven 15 April 2009
Our oven was tripping the mains after being on for a few minutes. Fitting a new element only took a few minutes and fixed the problem.

This has saved us alot of money - my husband replaced the broken element himself on our Neff oven so for around £20 inc delivery my oven was up and running again instead of having to pay an engineer to fix it which i have been told would have been about £120. We ordered the part on Sunday night and it arrived on the thursday morning by that night my oven was working again! My hubby is pretty good at DIY jobs but said it was very simple to fit.
