  I have tried this but after about 2 full house vacuum's I was no longer able to detect the smell of eucalyptus...

  These work better than I thought they would!! 21 November 2014

  I was expecting the worst, but I only bought them as a filler for a larger order, so I could cross a price/delivery threshold and benefit from a voucher. However, they actually did work! I emptied the Dyson canister, opened the sachet, placed the grains in the empty canister and started vacuuming. Lo and behold, it left a pleasant scent. I am not sure how effective the product will be after 3 or 4 vacuums though. I would be reluctant to buy them at the full price, but worth a pop if buying alongside other products.

  smells good 14 August 2014

  can't comment exactly as, my vacuum cleaner packed up after using this ....not due to the product (I hope !!) but nevertheless smelt great at first but can't say how long for. Hope to write more accurate view once vacuum fixed.

  Only a feint smell of perfume with these satchets and as I have a dog container fills up quite quickly so a packet doesnt go very far. Ok but dont think I will buy again.

  Sorry but I wasn't impressed with this. Hardly any smell and was not easy to put in my bagless vaccums. I think I bought the wrong item as have always had solid freaheners before. Ok for bagged vaccums

  With pets living in the house I couldn't risk sprinkling the granules on the carpets, so added them to the vacuum cleaner bag but after the first use the lovely fresh smell that initially permeated the air, deteriorated, and now I can't smell it very well at all when I vacuum. It may be that I have got used to the smell but I certainly don't notice it in the rooms when I go back to them later on. Having said that, with a dog in the house, hoover bags puff out a musty smell usually and this seems to be not so noticeable now, so perhaps the granules are neutralising the smells in the bag, but they definitely don't really 'freshen' up the air in the rooms.
