  Not much to say really as the paddle is a straight replacement for a worn component. Only suggestion is that a drop or two of washing-up liquid will ease the fitting-as it does with many items!

  Really quick and helpful service staff 04 July 2016

  I had an issue with the hotpoint paddles that kept breaking on both occasions went I reported the failures they replaced without any quibble. I have now solved the issues as it appears I needed a special tool to fit. Would have been helpful to have been given the advice up front.

  the service i can't fault in respect of delivery, but the tech side was not at all good i used the online part checker and was supplied with the wrong part, contacted e spares explaining such and even sent my old part as a comparison,still sent wrong part,used on line chat which was useless, so took a chance an ordered one that looked like mine low and behold it was right i provided all my machine details and serial number twice but they could not match the part, told to contact indesit which i did very helpful and now i have two paddles
