  Tricky fit 17 January 2017

  This was easy to fit - when you know how! Unfortunately none of the "how to" videos covered this model. Worked it out eventually. Quality rating only 3 because it really could be made much more robust in its design. Not a fault in the replacement part, just poor original design. This part should not fail.

  Product expensive compared to other sellers 28 July 2016

  Product OK, but delivery too slow for repairs unless you pay a high next day postage fee. Product is far too expensive compared to other sellers on the market which are not price matched by espares. This I found out after purchasing the goods from Espares. Overall service OK

  Don't Forget to lift the Tabs!! 27 January 2016

  One thing that would be good to tell you is that the metal tabs that keep the tension on the paddles need to be prized upwards otherwise the paddles fail time and time again.

  bought these about a year ago - easy to fit etc. but disappointing that they lasted less than a year.

  These are the manufacturers original parts and should not break in 12 months. Check your machine is emptying correctly (from full to empty in under 45 seconds typically) and also ensure hat there is enough in the drum to ensure the washing 'rolls' on the drum as it turns and does not float to be hit by the paddles.

  a very difficult fit 01 April 2014

  Ease of fitting is very difficult with this particular drum paddle. Very easy to end up breaking the part. This is meant to be or should be a part anyone could fit. The problem is getting the metal tab on the drum back up and knowing where it is in the first place if you have to take a broken one off. The video on the e-spares web site does not cover this model and finding a solution takes some time. At this price it should come with printed fitting instructions

  Great service from e-spares 25 August 2013

  Great service and prompt delivery from e-spares. I'll definitely use them again. As for the drum paddles, although the genuine article, they are poorly designed and the clips are very weak and brittle. The bad news is that I'm sure they will need replacing again relatively soon...the good news is I know I'll get 'em quick from these guys :-)

  You might ask the question why hotpoint manufacture something that is destroyed so easily by stray objects which inevitably find their way into the washer. Having said that Espares provided a first class service as per usual
