  The product was exactly what was needed for the Tricity Bendix dishwasher DH101. Any difficulties in fitting were the fault of the original machine design and not the spares. Other reviewers hints at fitting were useful.

  Yes easy to fit. As other reviews have said do not remove both screws at once. Remove one then fit one screw in the new wheel support then remove the second screw and rotate the new wheel support and fit second screw. The screwdriver needed is a Phillips 2 not a pozidrive as previously stated

  Useful replacement, a little tricky to fit 03 February 2015

  The wheels on these supports gradually wear with use, and replacing makes the rack run much more easily. You will normally need a set of four, which makes the set a little expensive. I have an important tip to help with fitting. DON'T undo both screws at once. I did this and the sockets disappeared into the body of the washer! Instead, Loosen one screw but make sure it still catches the socket (the two sockets are connected inside the body), then remove the other screw and twist the old support to one side. Screw one side of the new support in a little way before completely removing the old one - three hands would help with this operation.

  REPLACEMENT 18 June 2014

  I have had the Zamussi dishwasher sixteen years: the plastic wheels become brittle with the heat of the water and with use sliding the metal runners back and forth, the flanges on the plastic wheels break off. I feel the design could be improved if the wheels were in a more substantial material. I found fitting was reasonably easy. I think these brackets and wheels are manufactured very cheap and are well over priced. It should be noted that these are sold in single pairs and four sets are required. The other wheels used to fit the top runners are sold in a set of the eight required. I would add that with a car being serviced the mechanic would not fit just one spark plug: you need the full set.

  Dishwasher back on the rails 29 April 2014

  Having already bought upper basket wheel kit and been happy with result , thought I'd try the side panel wheel kit. With some expert help from an E-spares adviser, I got the correct part at a much cheaper price than advertised originally on screen. Fitted within 30 mins and I am no expert. Satisfied customer

  Solved the problem 14 November 2013

  We'd been putting up with the basket and rails falling off for sometime. Kept thinking that the dishwasher was likely to go wrong anyway, it's 17 years old. Eventually gave up and ordered the support wheels. Top basket now slides in and out like new, great to be able to get parts for such an old appliance... (or does that mean dishwashers have not progressed much?)

  No Need Now to Buy New 14 August 2012

  Being able to fit new wheel for both top and bottom trays of our Zanussi DW915 was great and saved us having to buy a new machine. Fitting wheels to both top and bottom trays was a simple job. Only snag came when fitting top tray support wheels. Nowhere was there a warning that the plastic retaining component could slip back into the dishwasher sidewall. One such piece did on our machine when removing the original support wheels. Fortunately we were able to remove the top plate from the washer and retrieve the piece with a home-made hook as it had lodged half way to the base of machine. A tricky operation but a mini-disaster was averted and our dishwasher now works perfectly.

  Saved my dishwasher 17 May 2012

  Without these spare parts to fix our dishwasher, we would have had to buy a new machine. Parts delivered cheaply to Highlands in two days using normal postal service. Replacing the wheel supports is straightforward but access is awkward becsause of the drop down door and the screws had been in so long, they were very tight to unscrew. There is plenty of good advice in the other reviews to avoid the back plates falling out. Do not know why we did not replace the wheel supports years ago? Very pleased with our "good as new" machine.

  Perfect at half the price 09 May 2012

  After years of swearing every time the dishwasher rack came off its guide, I finally replaced the support wheels... Now it's perfect! Who'd have thought I could still get parts for a 20 year old dishwasher!! And at half the price they are asking here in Australia.
