Great Value purchase 27 June 2013
These new wheel supports have made a great difference to my 22 year old dish washer I read other reviews & did as other had done taking one screw out & replace one rather than removing both . ( good advice ) Thank you e spares saved me buying a new dish washer. Great service arrived very quick .

I received these very quickly. I am so glad i read the other reviews, as if i hadn't i would hve most certainley lost the plastic bits down the crevis of the machine. Thank you to the person who said "ony unscrew one screw at a time and secure one of the screws of the new part before removing the other screw." it was a life saver. Doing it this way, it took me about 20 mins to complete. Being a woman of a certain age and having to do it mysels, it was easy. Thanks again.

I am very grateful to the previous reviews on this product which is not cheap. I was worried about causing more problems when trying to fit the wheel supports but they are now fitted and the tray rolls in like new. As stated on previous reviews you must not remove both retaining screws at the same time otherwise you run the risk of the plastic retainer falling out into the lining of the machine which would be a disaster! The retainer is one unit with two lugs which protrude out about 1cm. I losened both screws then removed the top screw, before removing the top wheel runner I placed a small piece of blue tac in the gap between the bottom runner and the machine bulkhead to keep the presure on whilst I removed the top wheel. The new top wheel was secured loosely and the bottom wheel was fitted. The new wheel supports were held in place whist the screws were tightened fully and the job was done. To replace all 4 took about an hour but was well worth it and easy to do. Go on give it a go you will be glad you did, its like having a new dishwasher.

Saved £300 + on a new dishwasher 09 January 2013
In an effort to prolong the life of my fairly ancient Zanussi dishwasher I purchased a complete set of plastic top tray support wheels,(i.e. 4 sets of 2)as my original ones had turned brittle and were beginning to disintegrate. Fitting these wheels looked to be a fairly simple operation, and this proved to be the case except for one fairly vital point. The two screws securing the wheels bite into a loose plastic back-plate within the machine's casing, and so great care needs to be taken to avoid this dropping down into the void when removing the old wheels. Once I'd realised this I found the best method was to remove one screw only, then loosely fit one screw of a replacement wheel in its place to secure the back-plate, before removing the second screw. This done, I found the whole operation could be done and dusted in about thirty minutes, and my top tray now glides in and out as smoothly as when new. I did feel that a short memo included with the product pointing out the caution needed when removing the old wheels would have been useful. Otherwise, I was extremely pleased with this product.
