I feel it would have helped if the part come with printed fitting instructions. In my case one the wheel support slipped into the body of the machine. Therefore in order to keep the 'dishwasher tray' level I had to stick one of the new wheel supports to the dishwasher wall. So far so good.

parts arrived promptly although a day apart, Waited for all units to arrive before installing, Took notice of comments made on your site and had both baskets upper and lower and wheel supports changed in 25min. Made a world of differance to working trays very smooth sliding trays again.

Necessary repairs 05 July 2011
Good quality replacement part for my 20+ year old Zanussi dishwasher. Be aware that the two screws are only into a nylon part, which is not fixed to the wall of the machine and could drop down out of reach if you take out both screws. As a precaution, remove one screw entirely and just loosen the second. This will allow you to swing the old wheel out of the way and start to fix the new one in place, whilst keeping the nylon connected at all times. Then remove the second screw from the old wheel support, before fixing the new one into its proper location.

That was good advice to undo the screws in sequence so as not to lose the screw supports down the back of the panel. Using a pair of thin pointed pliers is also a good idea to grip the support to assist in replacing the screws and then tightening them up.

Its the little wheels that start to slip off their supports and cause the top basket to jam when moved in and out, which becomes very annoying. The new wheel supports fit exactly and were easy to fit. It has restored my rather old dishwasher to perfect running again. Easy to order, speedy delivery, no problems.

Fitting was tricky because the fixing can fall down between the inner casing and the outer. This means you have to fish around for the fixing in order to replace the support.

Excellent product. when removing old trolly guide from wall of machine, take care not to loose fixing bracket into side of machine. I checked that it would not fall into cavity on first side O. K. did not check other side and nearly lost fixing bracket into cavity. Simle job of unscrewing brackets and replacing with existing screws, as long as you do not loose the bracket that takes the screws into the cavity.
