  You specifically ask customers to focus on their experience in using the product. I suggest therefore that you try asking in one year's time when I may have some meaningful comment to proffer based upon experience gained during use of the product. In the meantime I see no reason to comment adversely other that to say that it is a bit unfortunate that there is no charging indication lamp to provide confidence that the battery is actually taking a charge

  Less than expected from this brand 02 February 2017

  The left-right-off switch is clunky and stiff, perhaps it will free-up with more use. The 90 deg head attachment does not lock into place, requiring two hands to hold it in place. OK for easy access jobs but this tool was purchased for hard-to-reach jobs. I have a lot of B&D tools but this one was below par. eSpares were fast and efficient as always.
