  "Compatible" versus "original" 25 April 2016

  I had difficulty in establishing whether these "compatible" wheels were indeed compatible with my dishwaher, there was no such option as code number etc. so I had to 'chat' with one of your representatives. The first took a long time to reply and was not helpful, he just sent me your website page and disconnected! The second person was helpful, but it took him a while to find the required information. The answer was "yes" so I purchased the product. However, the wheels do not run as smoothly as those that were there originally, they jar as they move along the rails, so perhaps they are not ideally suited for this model despite their campatibility.
