  Unfortunately Machine still smells 20 June 2016

  Have used two of these in my washing machine and really thought they would remove the smell unfortunately not so I am disappointed and really at a loss what to do now

  No Way of Knowing 28 June 2015

  This is the second time I have bought this product, and although the washing machine certainly smells better, I really have no way of knowing what is happening inside the machine. I am going on trust that is doing some good.

  Hard to tell.... 19 March 2015

  I think a fresh smell added to this product would improve it. It may be an unnecessary addition but otherwise you have no idea if it's working. My dishwater and washing machine were gleaming but my washing machine still smelled really bad and the smell and the sight is all you have to go on! You can't see the inner workings! Because of this,I will buy it when iit's on a half price offer but wouldn't pay full price.

  I used one of the sachets last week-end but I am not very sure if it has worked properly. I am still getting a sour smell from the machine not as bad but it is very slight.How else do you know that it has been a success?.

  I've always used this type of product and had no problems, but I don't know if anything detrimental would have happened if I'd not used it. Bit of a negative really. But better safe that sorry, cheaper than a repair.

  Washing machine still smelling 17 March 2015

  Used it on my washing machine as soon as I received (took several days to arrive for such a small package !!) washing machine does not seem any different so perhaps I will try again and see if the smells improves although as you have to do it on over 60 degree wash it took forever .Not over impressed at the moment

  Cleans a lot of the gunk off 14 January 2015

  The e-spares 'How to' video is far more explicit and useful than the instructions on the box which are pretty basic and if followed would not give a very good result. Even so, the soap drawer will need another go. In fact a second run is going to be necessary quite soon - perhaps our machine was particularly bad. I was hoping for a beautiful smell afterwards but this has not materialised.
