  This product was easy to use and I think it has worked, but am not able to tell as the 'Bits' to be cleaned are hidden away inside the machines. Both my dishwasher and washing machine looked quite clean after use. We live in a hard water area so this product is a must to control limescale.

  Ive only just started to use this product. The washing machine drum looks shiny and smells fresh. Obviously its a monthly thing to be done,so cant judge what overall outcome will be. But i was pleased, no residue left. Impressed.

  Bought a couple of packs of this and have been very pleased with the results in both the washing machine and the dishwasher. The washing machine had begun to smell rather musty but after just one hot wash with this stuff it's fine again. Will re-order when gone

  Washer had been very smelly for some time and had tried a few other cleaners without success, so decided to try this one. Very happy that it worked, but had to do it twice, got a fresh smelling washer now. I'd have given it 5 stars if the first clean had been completely successful.
