Quick and easy replacement for bit browned old one 19 May 2020
While not listed for my Panasonic NN-CT579S it fits well, in that the size is perfect and the two square ends fit in the retaining corner groves. The end with more shaved off corners is fine too, leaving no gap, but not sure what the reason for the larger shaved off corner is. The old one was probably splattered a bit with food and, as it’s a grill too, I guess it just got burnt on a bit. After a clean with one of those magic white pads the stainless steel oven, glass dish and metal tray with new waveguide cover makes it look like new, inside and out.

Recently placed order for Microwave Waveguide Cover and paid for next day delivery. Received item next day but it had been folded during transit so received damaged item. Fitted it for customer as it wasn't in pieces and it did the job. I didn't think it would last long so contacted espares and complained . Initially I was told to send it back for replacement which I couldn't do for fear of customer being without his microwave at Christmas. Harriet said she would speak to manager and get back to me. A couple of hours later I received phone call and was told I would receive a new one next day. The new one arrived the next day (Christmas Eve) packaged much more securely and in perfect condition. Thanks to Harriet for sorting this out very quickly and in a proffessional manner.

Waveguide Cover 05 September 2023
The Waveguide Cover seems to be just what I needed. It was fairly easy to fit. I say fairly, only because the guide is quite fragile. But thank you everything is ok now.
