  My controller did not work. Espares came to the rescue. Very fast delivery. I was not sure which controller I needed for my TV when I did an online chat the person was incredibly helpful & advised me which controller to choose. Very happy with Espares service.   Perfect Replacement for RM-EDO16 18 January 2017

  The above remote used on KDL-32V5500 Bravia TV and had issues with mute, volume, prog +/- buttons - all suffering from long term use. Although this alternative does not have the buttons in the same positions, all the functions are present and works perfectly. Case is nice to handle and feels of good quality. Insert batteries - good to go straight out the box.

  Just what the doctor ordered! 28 April 2015

  I am so pleased with my new Remote Control. I had got fed up with repeatedly trying to change channels but unable to do so because the original one had sadly given up the ghost! I would have liked some instructions for all the various buttons but hey-ho - it's a remote. Delivery was prompt and precise and polite, always a bonus. Packing was a bit over the top -2 x14inch squares of Cardboard stuck together didn't offer much protection, but couldn't be lost!
