Very easy to use with clear instructions. The product was slightly dearer as it was targeted at a specific manufacturer but, there is the confidence in the manufacturers approval.

Good advice from a service engineer. 13 September 2012
During a washing machine repair, the engineer told me that to maintain the machine in good condition I should use one of these packets every month. So, 1st of every month I put a packet through a cycle, result, the machine is doing well.

I live in a very hard water area and since using this product I have had no problems with scale in my washing machine and dishwasher. Highly recommended!!

Used 1 dose in a washing machine that had not been cleaned for some time. Worked well enough but a bit unfair to judge the product as in hard water area and machine needed cleaning. Shifted a fair amount of limescale (found bits in filter) and machine is smelling a lot better. Also needed to use a small brush to shift some of the built up grime. Regular use will definitely improve and maintain the condition of the machine. Remember to clean the filter before and after treatment.

I bought this item recently for my smelly washing machine and dirty dishwasher. I liked the fact that it had no fragrance, as I normally hate the lingering smell from such products. I used it initially on the washing machine and it seemed ok, but smells have returned, so it might be an issue with our actual plumbing as the washing machine, dishwasher and sink drains have all been plumbed together. I also used it on the dishwasher, which was a bit greasy at the bottom. It has made absolutely no difference. I also didn't quite like the fact that the label said "harmful to fish life". I'll probably try it again against DP citric acid, which I normally use.

Smell going... 10 October 2011
My washing machine was beginning to smell despite a hot wash run empty. I bought this product and after one sachet use, the smell is going. Think I need to use it again to get rid of it all.

Does the trick perfectly, in both machines, and a darn sight more cheaply overall than the bottles of cleaner you can buy in the supermarkets around here !

I used 4 sachets so 4 hot cycles to remove odour from washing machine. Odour returned in 3 days so cleaned machine inside with an all purpose cleaner and ran on final rinse cycle with bleach so far no smell. Feel this product is not powerful enough- didnt do a very good job in the dishwasher either!
