Doesn't fit CANNON CH60DHWFS 28 February 2018
The fan spindle is too long for the CANNON CH60DHWFS cooker and when fitted the fan touches the covering plate preventing it from turning.

Shaft too long for My cooker. 19 February 2018
The shaft for the fan blade is too long for my Hotpoint slot in cooker. I had to machine some shims to fit between the rear wall and the fan shroud so the fan didn’t fowl on the shroud. This done it works very well possibly even better than the original.

Needed care in assembly 23 January 2018
Replacing original motor the spindle length appeared to be different. Needed to remove a pop-riveted plate from original motor, along with asbestos/ layer, and pop-rivet to new motor to achieve correct clearances within oven of Cannon C60 cooker. working fine but was a hairy moment!

Not a direct replacement for a Zanussi ZCM 5600 23 October 2017
At first sight this looked identical to the original, or at least there were 3 holes on the plate which corresponded to the oven mount points. The original is mounted from the 3 motor spokes directly onto 3 pillars from the rear. The motor spokes are not the same size. To use the holes in the motor plate that correspond to the oven spacing, turns the motor at 45 degrees to horizontal with the connectors touching the chassis of the oven!! I drilled fresh holes in the plate (template etc.) and new bolts to mount to the pillars, to put the motor in the horizontal orientation so that the push-on tabs were clear of the metal framework. About 5 hours of work instead of sending it back. The motor/fan is now working fine.

Not an easy fit 22 October 2017
This was not an exact replacement and needed to be adapted to fit the oven or the element and fan cover inside the oven would stop the fan from running.

Value for money *but* 23 September 2017
It seems to be a decent part but you do have to make spacers to stop oven guard from hitting fan blade as the fan stem is slightly longer then the original. But minor modifications and it's working

Quality control 19 July 2017
Part supplied did not fit exactly. Not same quality as original, price reflected this. The holes in part did not match those on the oven. I had to drill two holes in oven to make it fit. All ok now in situ and working.

Not straightforward to fit 08 May 2017
I was pleased to be able to find this part, and that they dispatched it quickly and for a reasonable price. However the main problem was fitting it. I'm a skilled engineer, and it should have been a straight swap, but there was no clearance between the face of the fan and the cowl which shielded it and the element. It was necessary to space the cowl out with a couple of machine nuts in each of the 4 screw positions. because of that, we needed longer cowl screws. Not everyone would have access to these resources.

Poor Fit 22 May 2018
Heading calls it a universal fan but the description says it’s a genuine Hotpoint replacement which is it?. Had to pack off fan gaurd by 12mm to clear fan. Makes a short job much longer having to find spacers and longer screws.
