  Not for the Bosch oven 25 January 2009

  My Bosch Oven seal has square corners at the bottom of the seal but curved at the top. This product comes with 4 x 90 degree clips and you cut the rubber into 4 strips. This did not fit my oven at the top. but I managed to fix the bottom broken seal with it, using the original seal at the top by using the new fixings at the sides

  Good product, however slightly thicker than original seal. As oven is 12 years old, door springs are well used and therefore door sometimes does not shut completely. If seal had been slightly thinner to account for the age of the ovens that it is likely to be fitted to, (or same as Neff original) then I feel no problem would be encountered.

  Good, but beware 09 January 2009

  Bought this seal for a Belling 540 top oven. I liked the look of it and the design is simple and effective. Problem is, the Belling 540 top oven has rounded corners and the supplied right angle brackets would have resulted in a seal rectangle SMALLER than the oven. I decided NOT to drill new mounting holes further from the corners and instead used the curved corner brackets stripped from the old seal. This works fine, but if I'd thought about it properly beforehand, I'd probably have paid the extra for the pukka curved-corner Belling seal.

  a good alternative to origanal 05 January 2009

  Need DIY skill to fit as clips did not fit had to drill four holes one each corner. Came with good cut to size guide very usefull. Rubber needs to be thicker to give a better cushion extra left incase you make mistake so take a few minutes to work out your fitting.

  replacement door seal 05 January 2009

  simple instructions on how to fit easy to follow however the corner fitment slightly smaller than the original which made the seals slightly sag into oven housing this is easy to overcome by redrilling 4 new 3 mil holes roughly 5 mil offset from existing, overall product a good replacement part and a lot cheaper than an original belling seal

  over seal for hb55024 siemens 05 January 2009

  the part arrived 3 days after ordering which was excellent-unfortunatley the part has 90 degree corner fittings and the hb55024 oven has rounded corners so will not fit-it is not sutied for this oven and is wrongly described as such
