Universal Door Seal fitting 11 October 2010
Very good product but will not fit if the oven door seals go round corners ,even though they use single holes in corner to mount . I used original oven fittings and modified 1 of the new fittings to join on the side

Does the job 23 August 2010
A good length is supplied, more than enough for the average domestic oven. Easy to cut with an ordinary craft knife. I ended up using the old clips with the new seal as the position was better for my model of oven. At this price that was worth trying and is an improvement on the old seal which was hanging off. It is a bit thicker than my old seal and might not suit every oven for that reason alone.

Simple and Effective 15 July 2010
Four pins and some length of Rubber tubing that you cut to the length reuqired....easy! Quite wide in comparrison to original so make sure your door will close after you fit it. Simple instruction leaflet is easy to follow.

Problem solved? 25 March 2010
Seals were not purchased for a domestic oven, but for an oversize oven installed in the catering trucks, built by the company I work for. Assembling the seal is straight forward, but care has to be taken to ensure the orientation of the clips is correct, and the seal is not twisted, before the clips are fully inserted. It is difficult to remove the clips once inserted, without tearing the seal. Due to the size of our ovens the seal supplied isn't quite long enough to make one seal. I can make 7-8 seals from 10 kits. It's a shame the seals and clips aren't supplied separately. Time will tell how the seals will stand up to a working environment, but so far an excellent buy.

A simple fix that'll soon pay for itself 16 February 2010
Fitted this in about 30 mins, hardest part was making sure all the pieces were put together the right way around. Only complaint would be the new seal isn't as thick as the origional and a few more mm would of created an even better seal between the oven and door.

Easy To Fit 22 January 2010
I had checked all the price's for original cooker door seals,£32-00 to £35-00 for a four sided. Decided to go for the universal at £14-00 wondering if I had done the right thing,or not. I fitted a new genuine one for my mum several years ago, which was very easy,it came already cut to size for that model of cooker, just remove the old one,clean/de-grease clip in new one,ten minutes at the most. My universal door seal came in a roll, just cut to size, fit clips,clean/de-grease as normal, clip new seal in,30 minutes at the most. The only difference is that my original Belling door seal was slightly wider than the universal one,but it still works perfectly well.

seal oven universal 19 October 2009
the kit comes in the form of four clips and a ruber trim. the clips in the packet are right angled if you have the curved cliped model please use the clips you have. Cut out the clips and aply to the ruber section by cuting the section into four peices and inserting the clips do not cut the section at 45% angle as instructed just trim to fit.also make sure you have the section the right way around as with the right angled clips it may be dificult to extract them . This is a very good Product but some comon sense is necisary.(remember ruber expands)

Fairly simple fitting 06 December 2010
Straightforward instructions, although cuting 45 degree angle took a little practice. Cold have done with different hooks as fitting holes very near edge of oven and so I'm not confident of seal.
