  ONE OF TWO Plastic retaining clips for top basket broke making it unusable, easy fix. Expensive for piece of cheap plastic but available & has to be stocked & picked

  I think these will probably last as long as the last beko parts we fitted, for exactly the same reason, beko use cheap plastic that wears down very quickly and charge what they do on these products as they know people can't just use temporary paperclips forever as the top drawer will fall in...we are living proof.

  Has a tendency to break and a bit fiddly to fit, but it tends to be OK for a few years if you treat the upper shelf with care.

  Part does the job .. Packaging way too excessive 08 August 2014

  was surprised when an A4+ size cardboard envelope type package arrived as I thought I'd ordered (or been sent) the wrong part ... but after careful opening of the envelope I was relieved to see that I had ordered correctly and the pack of the two small parts were inside the Over The Top (OTT) outer packaging. These parts would easily and securely fit in an A5 padded envelope (even an A6 one) ... shame on you espares for having an OTT packaging department. Oh and as required for a review - the parts were easily fitted (quicker than opening the packaging actually!).... will shop around the web for any future requirements next time to try and save a rain forest!

  I was pleased with the part it was easy to fit and now the draw works again , however it is shame the part is so easily broken and needs replacing at all and such a small part costs so much for what it is !

  This product is very simple to fit, but it does seem to fail easily in use, so perhaps it should have been better designed. At least it's inexpensive so it's not a problem to keep spares for backup.
