Simple but essential 13 June 2012
These simple little clips are essential, without them the top basket falls out, annoying and messy at best. The clips are easy to fit but think about it first, the rail falls out without it, but it won't go in with it. So push the rail into it's position and then fit the clip, easy once you know how.

I did not know what to do until I found this product the Upper tray in my dishwasher kept coming out. But this clip was really easy to fit and did the job perfectly. They were such good value I even bought some spare just in case but I have not needed the spares yet.

the product was easy to find on the website. it arrived quickly and securely packaged AND it came with a spare. I found it easy to fit and it has saved us the money my husband was expecting to pay for a new machine. very pleased. first found this company whilst helping parents buy new washing machine door hinge. recommend definitely.

This product is very simple to fit, but it does seem to fail easily in use, so perhaps it should have been better designed. At least it's inexpensive so it's not a problem to keep spares for backup.
