  The parts were easy to source on the website and arrived quickly and in excellent condition. My only problem was that there were no instructions with them, and although inserting the spool into the holder was easy enough, I wasn't sure whether the 2 ends of wire had to feed through anything and how long I should leave them.

  I wasn't able to buy the spare part I needed in usual DIY stores. Service from Espares was excellent and the cost cheaper than I would have had to pay in the shops. Will definately use espares again.
