Very effective repair - when the switch failed I thought it would need a complete new one. Stripping it identified a broken lever and a visit to the espares website revealed that the item was available as a genuine Bosch part and at a reasonable price. Speedy delivery, easy to fit and we now have a working mower again!

This part was an ideal replacement for the broken part it replaced. It was easy to re-fit and worked well once in place. The part cost was reasonable, the postage not ridiculous. All-in-all pretty good value (a lot cheaper than a new lawnmower!).

From contemplating the purchase of a new lawnmower to restoring the old one to full function with the simple and cheap purchase of a new lever was so easy. What a saving. Couldn't be better.

as mower was 16 years old was pleased that could get a replacement and found that the quality of the plastic was sturdy and the fitting was precise with an easy click on to the slot -if you follow other reviewers asvise e.g holding in the spring before removal and fully undoing the screws everthing should work fine in terms of replacement. Worth doing!and whilst not original equipment part looks af if it will do the job.When removing the old part you may need a flat blade to ease it off spindle.

How easy 27 July 2014
I had tried to repair my handle which had split, no go! Saw this on Espares for what it costs how could I go wrong? Came 2 days after ordering in a very large box (for a small part) from getting the key for garage to get the mower out, fitting the handle and back inside putting the kettle on, 12 Minutes, Brilliant, mower ready for action again. Thanks Espares, (especially the free batteries and pen)

Easy economical repair 16 July 2014
This lever looks more robust than the original. Other purchasers' comments show this to be the case and were very helpful in the way to remove the original. Just don't squeeze the lever too hard in use! This is my second purchase recently (I repaired a Flymo grass trimmer too) and had the same happy helpful experience. Wont hesitate to use the site again

Saved me buying a new lawn mower. I was worried that it might be complicated to fit. However the advice from previous reviewers was really useful.
