  This is a great dishwasher cutlery basket, no frills just right for the job. ESpares delivery is incredible, only 8 days between ordering and receiving, despite coming overseas where I normally have to wait two weeks from other suppliers. Well done ESpares and thank you

  I bought this to replace the cutlery basket in a VERY old Hotpoint dishwasher (not sure the dishwasher will last much longer ...) The gridded lid for small items on the original had broken. The new basket fits well, though I had a minor struggle attaching its handle and gridded lid. My dishwasher has white racks, so a choice of white would have been nice, but at the price and for such an old model I am quite happy with the new basket

  Good product but hopeless service 01 February 2019

  We purchased a cutlery holder for our dishwasher which was fine. I by mistake ordered two and was double charged for delivery. When I discovered mistake I telephoned and rectififed the mistake and was refunded the cost of product but not second postage. Despite a number of emails they just don't or pretend not to understand
