As suggested, I did measure our old cutlery basket before ordering a new universal basket and it fitted out Hotpoint 7180 perfectly. It was also cheaper than other cutlery baskets on offer, but seems 'fit for purpose' and we have no complaints. Delivery was swift!

Excellent cutlery basket. Appears to be a lot stronger than the original Zanussi one just a little smaller. Bargain! at the price.

DIshwasher cutlery basket 05 January 2009
Fits fine into a Hotpoint DF52 dishwasher in spite of the standard warning to contact eSpares to check dimensions before buying. Does what you'd expect but the thickness doesn't seem as good as the Hotpoint original. The middle basket has a lid on this basket which seems a bit flimsy (it doesn't have a hinge, the plastic just bends to close it). Nothing lost if it breaks off though and at a fraction of a Hotpoint price you can't really go wrong.
