  The product bought was functional, although not the same quality as the dishwasher it really didn't matter as the Bosh one was a lot more expensive. I do have to say that the web site was amazing and so glad I was able to purchase the product I wanted. The service was amazing from time of order until I recieved my cutlery basket. Thank you very much.

  Good quality except that the handle is removeable and tends to come off when emptying out the cutlery onto worktop, so need to be careful.

  This is an item you always mean to get replaced and just put it off and put it off. Well don't. It's simple to replace. The dimensions are clearly stated so just check it against your old one and hey it's cheap! Does exactly what its supposed to do, with or without the handle. Excellent value for money for something we all take for granted.
