  This is stronger than the original but taking all the parts of the old one and putting them in the new one can be a little tricky. the saftey handle with spring needs three hands but got there in the end. perhaps a set of directions would help.

  Said everything it should say. Though only when I went to fit it did I then wished I bought the whole assembly including chain brake. Quite a fiddly job changing over all the old components over.

  Mac 335 Chainsaw Clutch cover 25 October 2010

  The clutch cover as sold is incomplete. There should be a small plastic part which is held on to the reverse side by three screws. This restrains the brakeband tensioning spring and makes sure it stays in its place. I had to re-use the old one.
