  The unit removed had a single two wire connector to it, the unit supplied had spade terminals which required the original connector to be removed and a pair of spade connectors fitting to the two wires instead, fortunately I had these and a crimping tool to hand, not something every one would have. Without it would have proven difficult to fit. Other than that very good.

  Pump unit - good value for money 09 February 2011

  Easy to fit except the terminals were at the back rather than the front on my machine. Easy to sort though. Remove the sponge stuck to the side of the machine and replace with duct tape. Need to bend the terminals too.

  no problem over warranty 04 February 2011

  The pump supplied 6 months ago failed, rang customer service who asked for original order number, checked date and immediately sent out a replacement foc. That's what gives customers a feeling they are important to a company and keeps them going back for other spares. Thanks guys.

  Good alternative but beware 04 August 2010

  Pricewise this pump is great and is working well.The only problem with fitting is that the contacts are not compatible with the plug on the wiring loom. This entails cutting off the plug, extending the wires slightly and soldering on two spade connectors that fit the new motor. There is no indicator as to which direction the pump should run so it's pot luck if the motor is pumping correctly, perhaps it works in both directions just as well.

  Repair Success 06 March 2010

  I had to purchase a couple of spade connectors from the local garage to replace the plug in the machine as it was a different pinout. After replacing them though, it was a perfect repair for the Tricity Bendix CWD1010. Would recommend to friends.
