  Fixes the problem simple 24 April 2017

  Had drain fault F11 old pump had ran but had water wrong side bought motor only easy to fit 15 minutes all done machine runs like new and I only have to dispose of the motor not all of pump. Pump arrived earlier then except.

  Ordered Saturday pm arrived Monday pm Replaced faulty pump with new one in under 30 minutes. Washing machine working again ....wife is very happy and so am I as I paid a very reasonable price for the product. Thanks espares....

  I was sure about the part as it was a universal part. But I need not have worried. It looked like and fitted the same as the original. In fact it was easier to fit than the old pump would have been to refit.

  Compared to what we would have paid if we had called a repair man this was well worth taking a chance on and I'm glad we did. It took minutes to fit thanks to the online video we found and the washing machine now works perfectly.

  Drain Pump Sticking 05 March 2017

  The replacement Pump was reasonably easy to fit, although the help video shows a simple twist fit, whereas the Indesit WIXE167 has 3 locating screws. Once removed it is the same flange. The only problem is the electrical connection. The original has a single plug , the replacement has 2 single connectors. Not a simple straight forward swap, you will need to get some push on blade connectors, cut and re-crimp the wires; I don`t know if there is a conversion lead for this. Espares help desk confirmed it was the correct pump but unable to offer a solution. Trip to electrical shop or car spares is required.

  It is possible to use a 'craft knife' to cut off the plastic plug surround and transfer the connectors to the pump directly. We would suggest you cover the exposed connectors with insulation tape as an extra safety measure. We have now updated the video to a more similar pump.

  Does exactly what it says on the tin, excellent customer service, awesome product quality, had to do a little rewiring only because of the age of the machine and current safety legislation, however saved myself £60. Awesome! will use again to find parts whenever I need them.

  be prepared to make mods 30 December 2016

  Bought as replacement for siemens machine after being directed to this model on website Pump fitted but had to make modifications to pump housing for screws to hold in place as old unit was a twist fit and also fit new spade connectors as slightly different connections However working perfectly once fixing issues sorted
