espares fulfilled their part of the bargain. Unfortunately they were let down by the incompetence of Royal Mail who sent the item to the wrong town, then returned it to Cardiff (passing my address on the way) where it hung about for a couple of days until I kicked their backsides into action. It is unusual to have this sort of problem with Royal Mail but common enough amongst most of the commercial couriers.

Exactly what I needed 29 August 2021
Decided to give my Dyson dc25 a birthday present as I thought the brush bar must be worn after 10 years+ . Followed the fitting video and the cleaner is back to 1st class

Replace brush bar 16 March 2021
Decided that the bar was not working on my Dyson so looked at the list on the site put the model number in and up popped 2 bars decided to get the original Dyson bar looked at the video of how to fit the bar it arrived within 2 days and fitted it in with ease and what a difference it has made to the hovering happy days

Just a perfect replacement and it makes such a difference to vacuuming as you don't realise how much brush bar bristles wear down over time.

Exact replacement 14 September 2022
Purchased this to replace the original brush bar which had worn and sustained some damage after many years use. Took just a few minutes to replace and appears to be an exact match to the original part. I have used it several times since fitting and works very well. Only time will prove the quality but I see no reason to doubt it's reliability.
