  Only contains small volume of carbon particles in a strong outer plastic case,but a flimsy paper filter offers little resistance to oil vapours and is easily damaged. Dear for what it offers. Easy to fit.

  The part was too thick to fit into the space 10 November 2010

  this did not fit at all I ended up installing it back to front. It is not the right part for this cooker hood

  My son had just moved into a new house and the cooker hood filter had not been changed for years and we could not find a new one localy. I got on line and rang E Spares, they were very helpfull in finding one that fitted, it came in three days, was easy to fit and is working well.
