This was the first time I had purchased the above filter and was delighted with the product. The quality, value for money and ease of fitting were all extremely good. Excellent ptroduct wish I had purchased a spare.

Nothing like original quality 22 September 2014
Recessed hole was shallower than original so need a great deal of pressure applied to squeeze it down as screw was too short . Got there but not easy as the original would have been fitted in 10 seconds

I purchased this on behalf of my in-laws who have an older model of a Creda cooker hood. This product was an excellent replacement as we had no problem with attaching the replacement. My father in law is impressed that we can now get this type of product without leaving home.

Despite matching serial numbers the product fitting was different. Required a small bolt instead of the location fitting so please be aware if you are not prepared to supply your own bolt M4 or M5. Service excellent product works well once in situ.

What can I say ... it's a filter ! 12 July 2013
Only recently realised that cooker hoods had filters, and they need changing from time to time ! Mine has been going strong for at least 10 years without complaint, so maybe we can take the manufacturer's reccommendations with a pinch of salt, especially considering the cost of these things !

Cooker Hood Charcoal Filter 11 February 2017
After a pan fire in the kitchen I needed to renew the carbon filter. I couldn't manage to fit it because my arthritic hands could not remove the hood grid. I got a man in and for anyone with that hand strength the actual fitting of the filter was easy. The smoke and fumes are now flying out through the air duct. If by recommendation the filter should be renewed every few months, plus I had to pay a man then the cost would mount up steeply.
