  Brought two carbon filters for my cooker hood , and they were abit tricky to put in, but after about 20 mins it was up and running.

  One size fits all -or does it? 01 October 2013

  I had to enlarge the hole on the securing plate to accommodate the original securing screw. Fortunately I was able to do that. Someone less able may have had a problem.

  the cooker hood carbon filter take 12 days to arrive from UK to Espoo. It fits well. However later I found out that there is local electroux parts delivery company in Espoo which costs 15 euros (no delivery).

  Good, but fiddly to fit 20 February 2013

  Fitted nicely into the space, though it did not fit on the same way as the filter I was replacing. It needed the separate small inner plastic disc piece fitting that came with it. It was fiddly to get it all to fit together as there were no instructions provided. But got there in the end.

  Took a while to figure out how to put it in place (the instructions just said "remove your old filter and replace with the new one!). It is a product made for Electrolux, but does fit in my Zanussi, so I am very pleased. Delivery was quick.

  Simple and so long overdue! 25 August 2011

  I didn't expect there to be any issue and there wasn't. Literally 5 minutes to fit to our 14 year old Zanussi built in (ducted) hood. No tools required; just one knurled knob to undo, replace the unit which was an exact fit and replace the knob. I won't wait so long next time as the difference to the extraction rate is noticeable in terms of what you can see and smell - the filter even came with a little 'egg timer' to remind when it's next due for change.

  Cooker hood carbon filter 10 July 2011

  Very good service from e spares - quick and efficient. The hood was easy to fit; I haven't used it much yet so can't say too much about the value but I am expecting to be using it for a good while.
