  Capacitor review 16 January 2018

  Part does the job and as with a previous part ordered from espares for a washing machine, it has saved me hundreds of pounds in having to buy a replacement condenser dryer. With the assistance of instruction videoes from the site it took me a couple of enjoyable hours whilst listening to a football match to fit the part and get the machine drying again. Well done

  Excellent money saving purchase 14 November 2016

  Identical part to the existing capacitor on my machine apart from the fixing threaded part. mine didn't have that but slid into a retaining plastic clip. it took only a little thought and a strong cable tie to fix in place. it would be worthwhile prospective buyers checking the fitment first on their own machine. for me it wasn't a problem and i would have given 5 stars all round if not for the fitting difference

  Excellent service 14 October 2016

  I had previously visited my local appliance electrical shop and they were of no help at all and because of that I looked up on the espare site, having used them in the past. Great result item in stick, next day delivery and was able to replace faulty capacitor and get appliance operating properly again..great result all round.

  Fixed the problem at low cost 04 July 2016

  It turned out a new capacitor was all the machine required for the drum to turn. The only difficulty was the need to find a suitable washer & nut for the item supplied. The original had a flange/slide fitting.

  An essential part! 05 August 2015

  Managed to fit the capacitor but moved belt out of the way for more hand room and that resulted in the belt flying off under the drum. Had therefore to remove drum, though it was not that difficult. Otherwise would rate ease of fitting as good. I was rather annoyed that the serviceman who fitted the previous part had charged me three times as much as I paid for this one on top of his fitting fee. Thank you Espares, you've saved me either spending ten times as much as the part price by re-engaging the serviceman or wastefully scrapping the machine, so I remain very pleased.

  Capacitor (interference Capacitor) 21 July 2014

  Fitted to Zanussi tumble drier to replace Ducati 8uf. Works very well and had no trouble fitting other than that the Zanussi's fitting was not compatible. Had to make a bracket fitted to the capacitors integral bolt, others have suggested washers but the bolt was not long enough. I would have considered an alternative with longer bolt if I knew it was going to be an issue.

  Did the job just fine 08 January 2014

  item arrived quickly and easy to fix. It was a larger diameter than the original so the plastic protector cap wouldn't fit. This was easily rectified by using insulation tape instead.
