  Tumble Dryer 8uF Capacitor 04 August 2010

  I fitted this part in seconds, no problems with the quality of the item and the price was fantastic value as we were close to buying a new dryer, my only issue was the length of time delivery took, it was meant to be 2-3 days and was a full week before it arrived, not easy to go a week without a tumble dryer with the weather in Scotland!!

  DRUM ROLLS AGAIN 29 January 2010

  Having spent several days pushing the drum in either direction to start it rolling we were delighted with the new part and within minutes it was fitted painlessly and worked fine immediately - great delivery in bad weather and good price - Thank you W Dobson

  Just works 22 July 2009

  White knight tumble dryer stopped turning - just a humming sound. Looked on internet for reason and found that the starting capacitor could be the problem. This can be tested by removing the lid on the dryer and (carefully) rotating the drum. If it starts to turn then this is likely the cause. Ordered part, replaced old with new (ensuring the old capacitor was fully discharged first by shorting the terminals with insulated pliers) and it worked! (Remember to keep and use nut from old capacitor and match the terminal positions).
