    This product is not solar powered but does not require electrical fitting as it is battery powered.

    This item includes a mounting plate and fixing kit and suggests screwing the bracket to the wall but does not say whether you have to drill or use raw plugs.

It states this is an easy fit bracket but I’m still none the wiser. It comes with 2 screws and Raul plugs but I just don’t see where they attach. Do I need to remove the tiny screws from the bracket first before doing anything else?
