The ultrasonic emission will 'disturb' most animals but may not stop them returning if there is a reason to attract them ie food or a nest/set.
What is the length of time that it can be left on continually before the batteries run out? 1 Answer

We do not have information on battery life as it is affected by the quality of the battery and the setting the repeller is on. To reduce battery usage we would recommend the looped cycle or motion senor setting.
