Genuine spare part for select models of Dyson vacuum cleaners
Fitted new battery ( from e Spares ) Charger light goes out after 15 sec ,same result time after time. Original problem being , fully charged battery fitted , machine stopping after very short period of use. New charger fitted, same result. Frustrated, help please.

if the battery and charger have been replaced it would suggest the internal workings, check the electrical components to determine what has failed.
The battery has been connected to the charger for several hours. The charger light flashes two or three times then goes out for a few seconds. This repeats. After a couple of hours there is still not enough power to run vacuum. Is the battery or charger or both at fault

If the charger lights and puts a small charge in the battery the charger is probably OK and the battery is likely to be faulty.
Are these new batteries as they are significantly cheaper than ordering from dyson direct, thanks. 1 Answer
I've had the above for about three years. It just stopped working, it lights up but no charge. If it's not the battery can I return it for a refund. thanks
