I have a water softener fitted to the supply of dishwasher and washing machine. Can I use this even if there is no limescale build up on the appliances?

    This works best with hot water so a proper toilet limescale treatment would be more suitable.

Ive got a new Beko washing Machine and I have to use a drum cleaning powder limescale for the first time to clean the drum is this ok?

    The active ingredient in one sachet of cleaner is only 5 grammes of Sulphamic acid per treatment around 60 grammes per year. A very small amount that would be extremely diluted but you should check advise from your sewage contractor if in doubt.

I have a front loading washing machine. Where do I pour the Washing Machine Limescale and Detergent Remover in the actual drum or the tray? I am not aware of what the 'bottom of the washing machine drum' actually is.
