Yes providing you are still using a Karcher hand gun where the spray lance disconnects for fitting attachments.
Karcher B 302 1.141 - 142 Details on I.D plate: 045177 330202 Could be this is too old to accept the new attachment!

We had difficulty identifying this model as We believe the 'B' range signifies it was supplied through 'B and Q'. We believe the attachments are standard Karcher bayonet types and are the same as used on this product and all K2 to K7 machines and their accessories.

I have a half decked garden that was installed 2 yrs ago there are areas that have diss-coloured with like a greenish tinge and before I treat it all I need to clean it, would this work well without doing any damage.

If you have ever used a pressure washer on decking you will know it can loosen surface fibres and leave untreated wood with a 'hairy' surface. This is proportional to the amount and pressure applied the condition and quality of the wood. This device will clean quite well without significantly harming the surface (well it did for me).
